What this
actually involves.
Ongoing creative direction provides continuity when a brand has several projects or recurring design needs. Instead of making each decision in isolation, we can keep reviewing the work against a shared visual and strategic direction. The scope might involve regular creative reviews, campaign planning or guidance for the people producing the finished assets.
Who this can help
Brands producing regular content and businesses that need a consistent creative point of view across several projects.
What we can work on
- 01
Review planned work against the brand direction.
- 02
Guide visual choices and recurring creative priorities.
- 03
Provide the agreed feedback sessions or direction support.
How the project works
Start by sharing your goal, the materials you have and any deadline. I’ll review what you need and clarify the scope before the creative work begins.
We’ll agree on the direction, deliverables, review stages and the information you need to provide. Feedback is gathered around that agreed brief, and final delivery follows the scope confirmed in your proposal.
Possible deliverables
- Direction sessions
- Creative review
- Agreed recurring support
The frequency, communication method and review scope defined in the agreement. Hands-on asset production and urgent requests are scoped separately.
A question you might have
Is this the same as a design retainer?
It can be part of one, but direction and production are different types of work. We will specify whether the arrangement covers feedback and planning, finished design deliverables, or a defined combination.
